What is Steel Scaffolding?

Steel Scaffolding is a temporary structure also called scaffold and staging which is made to provide a temporary platform for workers to work on a height and to support formwork. Scaffolding is an integral part of all construction projects which are commonly needed to get access to the structure at height during construction work.

• CUPLOCK SCAFFOLDING’s quick locking technique make it the quickest, economical, safest scaffolding system. It is popular for its ability to support heavy loads of Formwork. Vertical Standard, it is made up of steel tube of 40NB, soldered with cups at an interval of 500mm and 1000mm. Horizontal Ledger, it is made of 40NB pipe soldered with two ledger blades at both ends, length of each ledger is measured form center to center of vertical on both ends. Cuplock Component include, Vertical Standard, Horizontal Ledger, Spigot Pin, Base Plate, Base Jack, Plank
• TUBULAR SCAFFOLDING is an alternate of bamboo scaffolding and most economical scaffolding system. Where other type of scaffoldings don’t easily forms to odd shape, tube & clamp i.e. Tubular Scaffolding can be adopted to round, straight or irregular buildings. Tubular components include, 40NB Pipe, Fix Coupler, Moving Coupler, Joint Pin, Base Plate, Base Jack, Challi.
• RINGLOCK SCAFFOLDING along with quick locking technique it has self-lock function, the socket of this scaffold is a round ring of 122mm dia, 10mm thickness, the socket has 8 holes soldered on equal gap of 500mm of vertical pipe. Ledger is a component of the horizontal connection, it is made of a steel pipe soldered two ledger plugs at both ends. Ringlock can form different sizes, shapes and different load bearing capacity. Ringlock components include Vertical, Horizontal, Diagonal Bracing, Base Jack, Plank.
• H FRAME SCAFFOLDING are most cost-effective method for erection of scaffolding. Because of excellent rigid due to welded frame and cross brace the structure has no loose fittings and no tools are required for erection. It is fabricated with 40NB tube. It is handy hence easy for erection at great height. H frame components include H Frame, Cross Brace, Base Plate, Base Jack, Plank
